I am a clinical practitioner who has worked wi/ trans and intersex males for decades now. The prosthetics being made here are by far the most durable I've come across, and the realism continues to improve as well! You cannot even come close to the price and quality, compared to the junk being made out there. The durability is great! While we have a local person w/ our clinic make the support straps for use in "any" underwear or none at all, its been great to see a product that we are NOT concerned with tearing, even when the guys are playing sports! Daily wear, and showering etc. The ability to communicate and customize was awesome, Thank you! Our clinic will be back for more from you - its obvious you care!
